Hi, happy Monday!
Decided to do a quick little post while watching the dramz unfold on Vanderpump Rules before The Bachelor starts
Unfortunately no running today — I woke up with some right hip pain this morning. I’m hoping it’s just tight, but I decided to be smart and listen to my body.
I remembered that there are two options:
1. Push through, complete my 3 mile run as planned and potentially set myself up for an injury
2. Skip my run, do some long overdue errands after work, stretch, foam roll and hopefully wake up tomorrow morning pain free
I chose number 2 :)
Surprise surprise, we can put another fun San Diego weekend in the books
It began with a low key night in watching Bad Grandpa
A Saturday morning hike around Cabrillo Monument led by tour guide Jess
Beach volleyball here
The most amazing french fries I have ever tasted
and an okay view from the restaurant
A night out with some beauties
and a bottomless mimosa Sunday brunch
I have to say goodbye to this little lady soon and I’m NOT looking forward to it
But at least we’ve been taking advantage of the time we have left!
Okay, off to go watch The Bach….here’s to hoping my winner, Nikki, pulls through this week!
